Support That Feels Right From the Start

At Linda’s Home Respite Services, we begin by getting to know you.
We listen carefully, learn what matters most, and work with you to shape support that feels comfortable, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

As a provider of personalised NDIS support in the Cassowary Coast, we tailor every part of what we do to fit your life, not the other way around.

What Guides the Way We Work

As a provider of personalised NDIS support on the Cassowary Coast, we believe that good care comes from genuine connection. It’s not just about what we do, but how we do it: with consistency, compassion and respect for your choices.

These are the values that guide every part of our work, from how we show up each day to how we shape support with you, not just for you.

A Shared Journey

We walk alongside you, tailoring support to your pace, needs and goals.

Every person’s path looks different. That’s why we take the time to understand your goals, your pace, and the kind of support that actually works for you. Some days that might mean a bit of help around the house.

Other days it’s about connection, encouragement, or simply knowing someone is there who genuinely cares.

Positive Outcomes

We celebrate small wins that build confidence, skills and independence.

We focus on what progress means to you. From learning something new to gaining confidence in everyday routines, we support you to celebrate each step forward. Even the small wins can make a big difference, and we’re here to back you every time.

Our aim is to build trust and motivation in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Support That Feels Good

We find creative, meaningful ways to make everyday support feel uplifting.

Good support feels calm, respectful, and easy to be around. We take the time to get to know what helps you feel safe and understood, and we adjust to suit your preferences.

You stay in control of how things are done, with familiar faces who know how to show up with care. This kind of steady, personal support helps you feel more confident each day.

Why Linda Started this Work

After years working in aged care and education, Linda saw how important consistent, flexible support can be, not just for participants, but for families too.

She holds a Diploma in Childhood Education and Care, and has worked as a Teacher Aide and support worker.

In 2018, she started this service to offer something more personal: a provider of personalised NDIS support Cassowary Coast families could turn to for care that feels steady, warm, and human.

This means we take the time to build real relationships, learn what matters to you, and offer consistent support you can rely on.

We’re a small team with a personal approach.

A Small Step Toward Feeling More Supported

For us, good support is about more than just showing up. It’s about helping you feel safe, respected, and at ease, in a way that honours your pace and your preferences. Take a moment to tell us what’s on your mind. The form is a gentle first step, and we’ll be here when you’re ready.
